Nino Rokhvadze is the founder of Rokhvadze & Co., established in 2018 to give businesses — technology and IT companies in particular — genuinely individual legal support that goes beyond a company registration and a bank account. Day to day, Nino leads the firm’s banking, finance and contractual work, and advises clients on the local regulatory expectations that most often catch out companies entering Georgia.

With an LLM from Moscow State University and around six years in private practice and at a financial regulator before founding the firm, Nino pairs technical depth with a hands-on, partnership-first approach — dedicating as much time as each matter genuinely needs.
